Recently we have been hearing so many positive reports about your promo model agency! Please tell us a bit about yourselves.
We are a promotion models agency and we specialise in providing promo models for events.
How are you different from other promotions modeling agencies?
Sugaray is very different from other promotion model agencies as money is not our only motivator and having been part of the industry from the other side for many years we understand what it's like from both points of view. We only take on a small selection of promotion models and give them regular work, we only take on the best i.e. models who can work in all situations look the part and act the part. We also are truthful with our clients and models so each party knows what is to be expected of them when arriving at a job.
So, what qualities do you look for when you take on promo models?
At Sugaray we look for a range of qualities in our promotion models. We like our models to look the part, but also be able to speak well and act in a particular manner, we like our models to be genuine and hard working, but also be able to have fun and interact with the public. We understand that promotions modeling may not be what our models have set there dreams on, however we expect our models when working on promotional campaigns to work to the full potential and enjoy the work they do rather than just do it for the money.

Tell the truth….Is it hard work being a promo model?
Some jobs are hard some easy you have to take the rough with the smooth, most jobs are a lot of fun and you get to meet some fantastic people along the way. Its important to take every job as the same and put the same amount of effort in at each job, also be clear what jobs you like and dislike as there is plenty of work out there but if you keep getting put in jobs that you hate then you will really start to not enjoy the work, and possibly get a bad name for yourself.
How true is it that different qualities are required of promo models than of fashion models?
You need to be able to interact with the public, understand than job descriptions may change at any time and be able to work in any situation. And not complain when the hours are long or your feet hurt!
What items must a promo model own to take to jobs?
Most jobs will require you to wear black trousers; you will also need a comfortable pair of black shoes and a pair of knee high black boots with a highish heel.
Could you describe a successful event that your promotions modelling agency has been involved in? Why was it so great?
All of the events so far that we have done have been a success, due to the fact that our promotion models work well, know what they are doing and the client knows what to expect from them.
Thanks for the low down Sugaray. Keep up the good work!
