The Janice Dickenson Modeling Agency show is currently being aired on Oxygen. The Janice Dickenson Modeling Agency is a reality TV show based on Janice Dickenson's real life agency.She has been criticized for the excessive nudity involved, especially with male models that often seem uncomfortable.
Kelly England of Lifeofamodel.com, the leading modeling website, comments "The Janice Dickenson Modeling Agency show is abusing and exploiting their models. I am disappointed than as an ex model Janice Dickenson feels that this is appropriate."
In numerous scenes Janice Dickenson is seen encouraging (with considerable pressure) models to remove all of their clothing to amuse the other contestants and clearly primarily herself.

It all depends, I'm a male model/performer myself, and a decent model agency should state in their models contracts how far they have to go in terms of nudity. So if it's in their contracts, then it's probably just about making a good show on tv. If it's not in their contracts to get naked, then she shouldn't pressure them on tv, but ask them if they'd be interested to get nude before they're on air. | |

what is the big deal about male nudity...actually, i don't think it's even actual nudity unless the penis is shown and oxygen has never shown a male penis. as for as buttocks, please...everyone has buttocks...and few fleeting glimpses of male buns won't topple the world...what kills me is the fact that parents routinely film their babies' buns without nary a thought. baby's can't give consent, but if a grown man gets thirty thousand dollars a week for showing his toned backside...he should just grin...and bare it...lol... | |
