Most models understand their bodies and have hit on the best ways to achieve healthy weight loss. We at Lifeofamodel.com do not support dramatic dieting or the super skinny look. Instead, everyone should focus on being at their most fit and vital and this can only be done by using healthy diet weight loss techniques.
You should aim to exercise three times per week for an hour at a time at the same time as following your healthy diet weight loss plan . By doing aerobic activity which is something where you can 'feel the burn' and work up a sweat you can burn excess calories and tone up at the same time. A good gym can make you a personal guide to achieving healthy weight loss and they can be your cheerleaders too (some instructors are hot enough to get up early for in the morning - bonus!). Work into a training pattern slowly and don't over strain yourself. If you are away from the gym, on trips etc you can do exercises in your hotel room such as sit ups (my favourite) and press-ups and also do yoga moves to help you to relax.
I am amazed that people are confused why they cannot loss weight when they refuse to eat breakfast and then snack all day?! The biggest tip I can give in order to reach healthy weight loss is to get some cereal, toast, fruit down you when you wake - no exceptions. Your body needs the energy first thing and also it is able to burn it more efficiently at this time. You need to respect your body's metabolism and give it what it needs rather than punish it.
Often people that are aiming for healthy weight loss go for the seemingly easy option and pick up 'low fat/diet' foods from the supermarket. Usually the labels are misleading and instead of eating fresh, truly healthy food you are loading your precious body with tonnes of salt, chemicals and other beauty baddies. Who knows how old these frozen meals are and who prepared them and where? I know I sound paranoid but I want to eat real food, not powdered, compressed stuff that has been in huge containers and then splatted into a plastic bowel for reheating.
