Top Model 8 Cast
The model cast on America’s Next Top Model 8 (ANTM 8) have been announced after weeks of speculation.It has been confirmed that America’s Next Top Model Cycle 8 cast areWhitney, Sarah, Samantha, Renee, Natasha, Kathleen, Jaslene, Jael, Felicia, Dionne, Diana, Cassandra, Brittany who will all feature and compete for the ANTM 8 title. The winner usually receives a $100,000 modeling contract with Covergirl, a spread in Seventeen Magazine and representation by a top model agency.
Top Model has been criticized for not producing any ‘actual top models’ by Allure Magazine – a rival of Seventeen Magazine. Also, Top Model contestants that create interesting storylines (nude or not) often stay in the show for longer despite their lack of potential.
On the upside, Top Model 8 will generate massive ratings and many of the wannabee models will develop large fan bases which can help them go into acting and other reality tv shows such as Adrianne Curry who stars in "My Fair Brady" on VH1.
